How much is Convology’s All-Access pass?

Your All-Access Pass to everything at Convology is only $450 for semiannual membership, or $720 for annual membership. If you sign up for a year, you save 20%.

IMPORTANT: We raise the price regularly to reflect the increased value our members receive. BUT, your price is always locked in at the price you buy in.

Do you have a payment plan?

Nope! It’s semiannual or annual membership as your two options.

Is this the same thing as Convology Pro?

Convology Pro was renamed to Convology All-Access Pass in January 2024. If you are already a Convology Pro member then you have the All-Access Pass already (As well as a significant savings! It pays to join as soon as you’re ready.)

I’m still a beginner or at the start of my journey. Is this for me?

Absolutely! We have many courses taught specifically to beginners and those who haven’t even started a website. The goal is for even the absolute beginners to progress through the content in the membership and come out on the other side empowered to succeed.

We run several Accelerator cohorts each year to help members work through courses LIVE with direct help from Doug. These are geared completely toward beginners.

And don’t forget, our community is a fantastic place for members at all stages of their journey to reach out for help and feedback.

Is there anything for advanced users?

Most of our advanced users with successful websites still find value in our advanced trainings, community, and the live Q&A sessions. The purpose of the membership is to provide education and value to those who are still learning and on their journey toward achieving the success they envision for themselves.

If you’ve mastered your tech stack, have nothing left to learn, and don’t believe you’ll have questions or benefit from any level of live or asynchronous support then you probably don’t need the All-Access Pass.

A good metric to gauge your readiness is by watching my free tutorials on YouTube. If you learn from them or find them helpful or valuable in some way, then you’ll find value in Convology Pro.

Do I get access to everything right away?

Yes!

Every course, lesson, workshop, asset, everything… it’s all available to you right away. None of the content in the All-Access Pass is dripped and all of it can be consumed at your own pace. We do hold regular live Accelerator Courses throughout the year. These have a live component, but replays are available in the community.

What are the Accelerator programs?

Think of accelerators like cohorts that work through the courses and other topics here at Convology together with a set schedule and a specialized curriculum. Accelerators are designed to help you achieve a goal or objective associated with the material. For example, we have an Accelerator all about using Thrive Apprentice to launch your course. By the end of the Accelerator, you should be at a place where you can push publish and go live. We have another all about migrating from Thrive Theme Builder to Astra and Spectra, and the goal there is to have your entire site migrated by the end.

Accelerators run on a set schedule, but we have dedicated spaces inside our community to each accelerator. While the Accelerator is active, we have weekly calls and Q&A sessions specific to the Accelerator. If you can’t make the session times for any reason you can always watch the replays and participate asynchronously inside of the community.

Only one Accelerator runs at a time, and we aim for one a quarter.

Is technical support provided to members?

We have an entire section of the community dedicated to support for your tech stack. You can post your questions and include images, videos, audio, whatever you need.

Support that’s NOT included:

Hands-on work. There are simply too many members for me to be able to promise that I can log in to each and every website. If you need direct hands-on help, you can book a tech-help call with me separately.

Technical support for broken hosting, tools, plugins, services, etc. Reach out to the tech support for those tools. You can absolutely ask in the community if we know a workaround, though. I just can’t guarantee I can or even know how to fix someone else’s broken stuff.

How often are office hours and mastermind calls?

Office hours are weekly (10 am or 1 pm Pacific, we alternate weeks).
Mastermind calls are every other week at 1 pm Pacific.

Can I get 1-on-1 help in the All-Access Pass?

Help is one-to-many in the community, and during our office hours it’s one-to-some. Support tailored specifically to the individual asking for help.

Time and time again I receive emails from members saying the support in the community alone is worth the cost of their membership.

Note: This is not the same as me doing the work for you.

How often is new content added?

Regularly. If you count all of the content and help in our community, then the answer is daily.

What is the refund policy? Is there a free trial?

Please do not sign up for the All-Access Pass unless you are sure that you want it. We do not offer refunds on our All-Access Pass membership, and we do not have a free trial period.
