Courses & Workshops
We firmly believe in and stand behind the value and quality of our courses and workshops, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes you unable to use your purchase, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 30 days of your original purchase.
A few conditions:
- We will process your refund as soon as we're able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you. All refunds will be processed through Stripe, our payment processor, and returned to the original form of payment.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the first purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds can be processed.
- Refund periods are based on the first purchase date. If you have purchased and requested a refund in the past, the 30 days are from the first purchase, not the repurchase date. If you're found abusing the system and initiating too many refunds, we reserve the right to block you from making future purchases.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of the product you purchased and agree to cease using the product immediately.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.
Convology Pro Membership
When you sign up for Convology Pro, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active Convology Pro members. You also gain access to downloadable tools, a community of members who openly share their experiences, and to Doug's live streams and office hours.
Because of the nature of this product, we can’t provide refunds for Convology Pro.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to Convology Pro until the end of your payment term.
Protecting You as a Member
Some people like to access Convology Pro, download the tools, watch the content, and even search the community for sensitive information shared by other Convology Pro members, only to request a refund. This policy protects Convology Pro members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.
Exception to this Policy
The Convology Pro return policy applies to new signups as well a renewals. However, if a member forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.
