How much does Convology Pro membership cost?

Convology Pro is $399 for your first entire year, then automatically renews each year for $299, and you can cancel at any time (but you will lose your locked-in price). The price of Convology Pro regularly increases to reflect the increasing value provided by new courses, masterclasses, workshops, and one-on-one direct feedback and support. We charge per year because Convology Pro gets new content ALL THE TIME.

Why is Convology Pro an annual membership?

Convology Pro gets better every day, week, month and year because we continue to add content to the membership in the form of courses, workshops, masterclasses, and events. We also offer on-going support through our community. The cost of annual membership is a mere fraction of what you'd have to pay to get access to all of this content, especially the personalized support and help found inside the community directly from Doug and other members. 

When and how do I get access?

Immediately after you sign up you will receive an email with your log credentials. You will also receive a separate email to our community platform on where you will create your own login. After you receive these two emails, you have 100% access to all courses, workshops, community sections, and more. 

What platform do you use for the Convology Pro community?

Our private pro-only community uses, a new community platform that modernizes the community experience. You'll automatically receive an invite to the community when you sign up, so be sure to check your email.

Do I get access to Convology Courses?

Yes! You can access to all current and future Convology Courses AND Workshops (which are like courses but more focused). You'll receive an email with a username and password to log in to the membership dashboard where you'll find a link to the community, a link to Convology Courses, and more.

What kind of support is included?

All support is offered directly through the Pro Community inside the space marked "Support".

If you're stuck and can't figure something out, need help troubleshooting an integration, or want an extra set of eyes on how to make something happen in your tech stack then you're in the right place! I have clients who pay $199/hour every single day for this exact type of support, so this alone is worth the price of the Convology Pro Membership for some people, but it's not a "do it for me" solution.

Support that's NOT included:

  • Hands-on work (members get a 20% discount on my done-for-you tech services)
  • Technical support for broken hosting, tools, plugins, services, etc. Reach out to the tech support for those tools. You're can absolutely ask in the community if we know a workaround, though. I just can't guarantee I can or even know how to fix someone else's stuff.
